Corrections Concepts, Inc.

In partnership with the city of Wakita, Oklahoma supporting and endorsing the development of a community correctional facility Habilitation House, based upon contracts with the City of Wakita, Corrections Concepts, Inc. agrees to comply with all occupational safety and health rules promulgated by any subsequent Utilization Agreements. It is anticipated that the facility to be constructed shall comply with all applicable standards, requirements and codes to satisfy ACA accreditation and any state and local regulations.

CCI shall provide a safe and healthful work environment and work conditions for all residents. Accident prevention, industrial hygiene, OSHA construction safety and health standards and appropriate NFPA codes shall be assured during the construction of and anticipated operation of the proposed community residential facility. Upon contract award, contractors selected for the construction phase shall adhere to the aforementioned requirement. When the work program becomes operational, health and safety standards shall be assured by the facility Administrator to be recorded and monitored continually through the retention of a Safety and Sanitation Officer. All appropriate manuals, training, qualifications and functions will be included in recruitment activities of CCI. It is envisioned that the ACA and TCJS guidance and technical assistance shall be made available to assure adherence to required guidelines and processes for
meetings, inspections, reports, reporting procedures, audits and investigations. Following execution of Utilization Agreements, the CCI shall work with utilizing entities/community government in structuring appropriate planning and training systems to assure compliance.
