An atmosphere of positive choice-making; an environment that resembles the community  the resident is going home to. and supervised, counseled, and exampled by a staff of faith-living role models is a vital leg.  Responsibility Counselors with a minimum caseload will direct and advise the resident as to preparation for reentering society.  This advise and direction would include education, academics, addiction treatment (the Counselor to patient ratio will be 1:24), family re-uniting, victim compensation, acquisition of a marketable job skill, and identification of a spiritual compass.
