Education: Graduation from a standard senior high school including or supplemented by courses in bookkeeping is desirable.

Experience: Should have considerable experience in the routine phases of warehousing, keeping perpetual inventory and stock control records; and making complex reports. Should have experience in a supervisory capacity. Should have some experience in maintaining stock levels.

Knowledge: Considerable knowledge of warehousing procedures, inventory and stock control record-keeping and reporting and of departmental policies and procedures. Working knowledge of various kinds of stock handled, purchasing and requisitioning procedures, and supervisory techniques. Ability to train and supervise personnel, maintain complicated stock records and to prepare reports, maintain adequate stock levels, inspect stock for proper storage and rotation, and to understand and follow departmental policies and procedures.

Starting Salary:  32,500 / yr
