Education: Licensed to practice dentistry in Oklahoma. Current registration of license to practice dentistry in Oklahoma. Current Oklahoma Department of Public Safety (DPS) controlled substance registration certificate. Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) controlled substance registration certificate. Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Experience: Two years' minimum general clinical practice preferred.
Knowledge: Proficient in providing quality diagnostic and treatment services in the following categories of dentistry: preventive, periodontic, restorative, endodontic, minor oral surgical and exodontia and prosthodontic.
Skill: Possesses the professional and administrative skills and abilities to effectively and efficiently manage a correctional facility dental clinic and its resources.
Starting Contract Fee: 37,500
