Experience: Two years of full-time successful experience as a practicing registered nurse in a recognized health agency, hospital, or health care facility. Master's degree from a recognized college or university.

Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of nursing methods and administration, procedures techniques; of teaching skills, leadership methods and interviewing principles and techniques. Ability to organize, direct, coordinate and evaluate a medical service program; to analyze programs and problems and make recommendations; to establish effective working relations with professional and lay groups to express self effectively in both oral and written communications.

Starting Salary:  42,500 / yr
