Education: Graduation from a four-year senior high school supplemented by courses in elemental accounting. Special training in property management and accounting procedures.

Experience: Should have considerable experience in property accounting; some experience in personnel supervision desired.

Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of inventory methods and procedures; of property accounting; and some knowledge of the methods of supervising the work of subordinates. Ability to plan and schedule work; to apply knowledge of property inventory accounting procedures and regulations to work routine and to check detail work of others.

Starting Salary:  25,500 / yr
