Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in accounting or public administration.

Experience: Should have considerable experience in property accounting, budget preparation and analysis, statistical analysis or policy development and inventory.

Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of inventory methods and procedures and of property accounting. Requires a working knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Ability to analyze fiscal management information and determine need and best utilization of funds. Ability to identify reports and schedules which will assist the administrative staff of the proposed facility. Working knowledge of capabilities and products for electronic data processing. Ability to analyze management problems and develop and present alternative solutions. Requires a working knowledge of the principles of organization and management.

Starting Salary:  34,500 / yr
