Education: Graduation from a standard senior high school, including or supplemented by vocational training in the building crafts.

Experience: Should have considerable experience in general construction. Trade school training in plumbing, carpentry and general construction abilities is desired.

Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of building construction, plumbing and carpentry procedures. Familiar with local building codes. Skill in the use of tools and equipment. Ability to read blueprints, to organize resident workers and teach craft skills. To supervise, to establish and maintain effective working regulations, and to develop effective work methods. Ability to draw rough sketches of proposed projects.

Starting Salary:  27,500 / yr
