Education: Completion of at least the intermediate grades is desirable. Must be able to read and write effectively and handle basic arithmetic computations.

Experience: Experience not necessary but desirable; must be willing to learn and work.

Knowledge: Working knowledge of methods used in preparing food, operating food service equipment and in cleaning and sanitizing food service equipment, such as utensil washing machine, dish machine, vertical cutter mixer, mixing machine, scrubbing machine and other appliances used in preparation or operation of Food Service areas. Ability to get along with co-workers and accept directed supervision; to follow Ireland written instructions; to serve food attractively and efficiently; to keep simple records; to maintain order and discipline; to be able to write understandably for comprehension by others and to read and follow written instructions.

Starting Salary:  23,500 / yr
