The list of positions for Habilitation House (males) is just the beginning. CCI has ongoing plans to build and operate four stand-alone Faith-Based/Work-Ethic Corrections Facilities on the 160-acre site in Wakita, Oklahoma: 1. Habilitation House for adult males, 2. Habilitation House for adult females, The Academy for adjudicated juvenile males, and 4. The Encore for geriatric males. These four facilities will have a total designed capacity of 2152 residents and require a staff of 847. The offered compensation may change with alterations in the economy by the target hiring date and could be negotiated based on the applicant’s experience, qualifications, education, and commitment to the vision. Benefits: The CCI benefit package will meet or exceed all private, corporate and public plans. The CCI employee is expected to contribute a portion of his/her gross pay to the off-site third-party administered plan. CCI will match that contribution dollar for dollar with immediate vesting. CCI will provide all on-site medical/dental care to its employees. Hospital stays and major medical costs will be covered by a “cafeteria” plan selected by the employee from the arms length benefit plan contractor. The balance of the CCI/employee contribution will be deposited into a combination of annuities, stocks, bonds, CD’s and treasury notes for annual return. Because CCI anticipates many second career applicants, the plan represents a compression of the private, corporate, and public twenty-five year career benefit package into a fifteen- year one with an equal outcome. CCI also not only allows but also encourages nepotism.
